This recipe will provide for three servings and is customizable to fit all taste buds—perfect for those who cannot handle spicy food. The skill level for this class is ranked most advanced than all other dishes.

What you can expect:
This recipe serves 3 persons. If you're planning to feed a larger family, you could purchase a class-only option, and the grocery list of about ten items will be sent to you. During class time, you will still need to following along with the recipe portion since making a large meal requires extra time. Additionally, your wok isn't large enough to accommodate double recipe.
In Thailand, noodles are served only for lunch or as a late-night snack for those who might be working night shifts. Chopsticks are used exclusively for noodle dishes!
You are encouraged to learn to cook with your loved ones. Appreciation for food can develop at any point in life, but the best time is when you are young.
A central location for your meal kit pick-up will be available after your registration. You will need to pick up your kit a day ahead or the morning of class.

Reliable internet connection.
Wok (large cooking pan as substitute but not ideal).
Cutting board, large knife, or cleaver.
