In this class, we will make a batch of curry, enjoy it with your family, or freeze it and take it to work with you to warm up a rainy day. Let me introduce you to a new exotic herb not found locally.
In Thailand, green curry typically comes with two different choices of meat: chicken or fish balls. You choose the choice of protein. Both are equally amazing!

What you can expect:
Optional meal kit and add-on are offered on the Exploretock website when you book for class. The meal kit excludes protein. Please purchase a pound +/- of plain (no fillings) fish balls. (In the frozen section.)
As always, you are encouraged to learn to cook with your loved ones. Appreciation for food can develop at any point in life, but the best time is when you are young.
What you will need:
Reliable internet connection.
Large cooking pot (please no non-stick–Teflon coating is not part of the recipe).
Cutting board and knife.
Jasmine rice prepared ahead of time.
A central location for your meal kit pick-up will be available after your registration. You will need to pick up your kit the morning of class.
